Ghali Electronics was found by in 1989 with a main concentration ,at that time on the growing business of Broadcasting, however since then the company expanded to cover other fields of audio and lighting with Broadcasting remaining as the major field.

The company aims at developing Broadcast business is Syria which is a fast growing field as Syrian TV drama and programmers are rapidly gaining audience all over the Arab world, making Syria in the past few years a hub TV production to feed a very large number of Arab speaking channels now over a 100.
